Marilyn was very helpful with a number of requests while on the phone live. I've had great experiences with all of the customer service representatives when I've called live, though the email "help@surepayroll" and live chat sessions have been much less effective. My only ask for the customer service improvement (if email and chat aren't improved) would be to have extended hours, so that those of us who need to call later in the night can do so and talk to a human being.
These guys are worth the money! Anytime and every time I've had an issue where i needed their help, the service I received was top notch and extremely professional. They always know exactly how to fix any issue the 1st time I call. No repeated phone calls for the same problem. No super long hold times either. Thanks for the excellent service!!
Jeff was my customer service representative and I can honestly say he was the nicest representative I have ever spoken with at any organization. He was friendly and helpful. He also was just personable. He made me feel like I was his only customer. He went above and beyond and stayed on the phone with me to be certain the task I needed to accomplish was correct. I have been bragging on him to all my co-workers. Several people came into my office and overheard our exchange and commented on how nice he must have been. He put meat ease and actually complimented me. He made my day!
The customer service is always very helpful and attentive. I called twice on 12/19/2018 to ask for help with running an additional payroll. I received absolutely over the top customer service from James Smith. Very personable and understanding with my questions, and patiently waited until I had completed the payroll online to make sure everything went through correctly. Great conversation and extremely helpful to me and our office. Thanks, James! :)
Great customer service. Tee was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. She was patient and concise with her instructions and she obviously is extremely proficient with their software. She walked me through an extra check that required custom entries. For a non payroll person THIS is daunting! Thanks for your help!
