Great food service great art
I've been there w/ my friends several times. for the Noraebang (aka Karaoke) --> 5 stars; for the food (looks good but taste's ok) --> 3 stars; for the customer svc --> 4.5 stars. thus 4.16 stars
Been here 3 times now, food has been consistent but the price is just not reasonable. Service was disappointing on a slow day despite using a call button and waited for 10 minutes for him to come. Menu seemed to change since the first time I visited...
Very unique fusion menu even for Korean but never fail!
I came here to celebrate with friends for my birthday, wanted to do karaoke but had no reservation. The staff still got my friends into the smaller room and also only charged us for 2 hours even though we stayed beyond that. Now don't go asking for a discount or not paying the full amount expecting they will bend over backwards but I give them an exceptional rating for excellent service.
