I have been using Adrianna at Salon Pure for 10 years from everything including cuts, color and keratin. She is AMAZING! I am constantly stopped by strangers asking who colors my hair. Even better than her skills is the customer service, she never says no! I recommend her to everyone.
Azin was completely abusive and asked for a full set of hair highlights, single process and refused to pay our prices listed on our facebook page on our website and salon browser and it was also her responsibility to ask how much the services were going to cost . But that was not the main problem , I worked on her daughter's hair a sweet 20 year old girl and did a beautiful job, while I was working on her daughter Azin was telling me what do I explain that unless she's a license stylist and work as hairdresser she was not to tell me what to mix as far as colors but she said she has worked in her country of origin as a stylist but I said if you never went to beauty school here it doesn't count. Then she asked me to do fix her orange hair but because she was so difficult I said no, I'm sorry I can't take you as my client , she asked one of my coworkers which did a beautiful job by the way. During the time of the service my pour friend was so stress out because this person was acting like she was dying , she said that the smell of color was making her sick, not to mention we work with no fumes and organic colors , then she waited until my coworker was done and she told her that she was only going to pay her $75 for the 2 hour service . I never agreed to such a discounted price , her service was $250 but she begged the stylist to please help her out this time and she'll be a loyal client . Because she was persistent we only charge her $75 ,she seemed very pleased ,she even said omg I never look so good, I look 20 years younger but the next day she called me demanding , asked me to fix her hair ??!? i said you left yesterday and you loved your hair , YES she said but is not what was on my mind ??!!!??. you need to fix it . I said no , I never touched your hair nor I will but you could call my coworker and ask her . Then she came by the salon demanding to get something completely different that what she asked the day before, Azin was showing us a picture she found the night before and said this is what was on my mind ?!?!? WE ARE not mind readers and if we had to give her a completely different look we could but she would have to pay for the new service because her hair was done properly and just because she change her mind didn't meant we did a bad job . At that point she got so aggressive demanded her money back and because we ruined her hair ,make an ugly scene inside the salon , scare off other costumers and employees .I asked her to leave she insulted me and call me a bunch of names , I respond that she really needs to see a therapist and that I'll call the police if she won't leave . She's been harrasing us over the phone and social media we don't care about her $75 dollars , no tip ether !! but as principal she could go and ##^$$^$%#$%&%^$*.. I've been doing hair for 23 years and I have never been abuse so much by a customer , I'm 90% booked hair styles and I do over 20 services per day and I provide services for over 1500 clients , I have people that come from other states and countries to see me and if someone can't aford my prices I would donate my time if they are going thru tough time , but I would never let a person disrespect my staff or myself only because they feel entitled and try to pull a scam.
