Wonderful as always I still have the dress from my sons wedding 30 years ago .
I cannot say enough positive things about Gigis Closette!! When I walked in, I thought I was only going to get an idea for my dress, but I ended up walking out with the dress of my dreams!! The staff was amazing - so patient and really willing to go above and beyond to make sure that I had a positive experience buying my wedding gown. I tried on a lot of gowns (spending most of the afternoon there) and not once did they make me feel like I was unwelcome. They were just as excited about helping as I was about finding the dress. When I found the one, the seamstress came to work with me directly to get an idea of what would need to be done for alterations before I even purchased it. I would recommend this shop 10 times out of 10! Thank you so much Gigi!! And a huge thank you to Michelle as well!!
Wide variety with great pricing
If I could this place 0 stars I would. Absolute worst customer service and terrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone.
This place is terrible. I was charged over $100 in extra "fees" based on their measurements, which were completely inaccurate. They told me I needed a plus-size gown (+$45) with extra length (+$20), and extra fabric (+$40), and when the dress came in it was about 8 sizes too big and I was tripping over it just walking out of the dressing room. After all of that, they refused to do the alterations, saying that they had too much work to do already, so I had to go find a competent seamstress and pay her another $100 to fix the dress they overcharged me for. I wound up just throwing away the extra fabric they insisted that I needed. They also only carry one sample size, so if you exceed a size 6, forget about trying your dress on.
