This is my "go to" sock store. Don't bother with the customer service desk here.. Not the brightest talent working here. Amazon returns counter is quick and professional
Good service, they had sufficient registers open to handle the volume. Sales were good.
I love Kohls. However, the Glenview store needs more staff. Anytime Im there, to make a purchase or pick up an online order, there are 2 cashiers in that area. Not only are they taking payments, serving an online customer, handling returns, but also serving as cashiers. Only once have I ever seen a cashier in a regular checkout line. I prefer the Michigan City store.
An older gentleman employee with white hair was working the cash register this evening and claimed I was trying to cut in line. It was an honest mistake on my part as I had my eyes focused on my pregnant wife at the next register. When I proceeded to wait my turn in line, he thought it would be good small talk with other customers to put me down regarding the situation. Kohl's is great, but not this specific employee.
I really just ran in to quickly buy some shoes for my mom and dad, but from what I experienced I think I can say that I enjoyed my visit. Loved the chic, white setting that glowed within the building. When I got to the checkout, I had a sweet lady assist me. She asked me about my day and even told me that the pair of shoes I was purchasing for my mom were super comfortable. Might have to come back again some other time.
