I updated my wifes wedding ring last year for our 10 year anniversary and was overall extremely satisfied. The staff and the owner are helpful with suggestions, the craftsmanship was phenomenal and the price was better than fair! Horrible place for battery watch replacement!!. Owner claim's her father repairs and changes the batteries. Watches was returned scratched and gouged. Owner stated sorry nothing we can do. Damage to the watch is part of the process, but customer services is their number one priority.
