Chicho and Devon: fantastic. Busted their humps all day. One mover, Ryan, disassembled my bed, and when he moved it back and reassembled it, it took him nearly 45 minutes. It's a small bed. He didn't put it together properly. He only hand tightened all the bolts so the bed shifts everytime I get on it. He didn't screw in a single slat on my bed, so it collapsed beneath me the first night I slept on it. That's just lazy.
Couldnt have asked for a better experience. No one enjoys moving but the great crew assigned to my move definitely made it a lot easier!
Have used this company a few times. Always on time and they certainly get the job done quickly and properly. Wouldn't dream of calling another moving company after realizing their rates simply blow the competition out of the water!!
Called after scheduling to set a time and even though I was capable of making the reservation they informed me they weren't available (lucky I called!). Rescheduled then after being offered other help (and just manning up and doing it myself) I cancelled online using their reservation service. Then in the morning (even though I had a cancelled) they OPENED MY UHAUL TRUCK AND ENTERED IT. This was absolutely ridiculous. The single most unprofessional service I've ever experienced.
The guys showed in time and very courteous...not to mention very funny and personable. No one likes moving so the made the day a lot less stressful. Would defiantly recommend them to all.
