7/4/18 Evening Event Parking. We were parked north of W Lake St at The Glen's Club parking lot and got trapped there for about 40 minutes!!!!! We had a 6 month old baby on the board, and many other people had even more then one kid inside their cars. Staff who took money for parking WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL, and were pointing at one Police Officer who was at the intersection alone, and wouldn't even help him. Cars were let go very rarely, for this size of a parking lot 40 min is unacceptable! Whoever planned traffic management of the event did a terrible job!
at present waiting 5 minutes to talk to non-emergency police person. where are you guys... going on 6 minutes...
Came here to pick up/pay for Metra parking permit for the wife. The lady behind the glass counter was nice and helpful. Although, they they do close after 5/6pm so you will need to use the phone for service after those hours. Overall, my experience with Glenview Police were very pleasant and helpful.
