Easy to work with, competitive rates, clean and secure facility
Im in the process of closing my units at this facility. We have been customers here for over 10 years and used to have over 15 units. The new company that took over triple charged all of my units the first month they took over. They were unresponsive and not once apologized for what they put me through. The charges remained on my credit card for 17 days! I was told on several occasions that a district manager would call me which they never did. When I explained that I had accrued interest charges due to their error I was told that I would have to show proof. Instead Im going to move everything out. Theres another storage facility near by which charges more but I can rest easy at night knowing they wont screw things up.
First of all i would like to say thank you to the manager Sue for all her help and made moving process so easy for me :-) She was so kind and professional. facility and storage unit are clean. I highly recommend this location, if somebody looking for storage space. Thank you!
