I wish they would open a store in the city, Gold Coast, Lincoln Park, or Old Town. They should take over one of the old Treasure Island locations. They are the absolute best grocery store ever!
Great place to go grocery shopping. I'm always impressed by the produce. There's a high level of service here. The staff seems fully competent and aware. It seems like a lot of thought has gone into the products that they put on the shelves. There's plenty of other grocery shopping options around but this is my go-to place.
Stopped in to get a few things and was so glad I did. I got sushi for lunch and grabbed a godfather wrap for dinner. I bought some sodas I had not seen in years, found the baking supplies I needed. The produce looked wonderful and if I had been going home I would had bought lots. The people at the check out were so friendly I look forward to going back. I wish they would open up in the old Treasure Island locations in Chicago. I do not think that Glenview knows how lucky they are to have such a gem.
Heinen's is the best grocery store in the world! The produce, meat, cheeses and prepared food are all superior. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Shopping at Heinen's is pure joy!
