We visited Fields Jeep after not having a great experience at another Jeep dealership, and we were more than satisfied with the service from the beginning. We requested that we get a salesmen who knows more about the JL Jeep Wranglers than anyone, and we got paired up with Kris, who was very helpful with all of our questions when considering the new Wrangler. Overall, Fields Jeep is a great place to purchase the car, and their service center is fantastic.
I recently purchased a Jeep Cherokee from Fields in the Glen. My sales associate was Jay Sachs. He was great to work with. He was professional, courteous and worked with me to find the perfect car. Clearly, Jay enjoys what he does. I went to the dealership several times prior to purchasing the car and met with Jay each time. The front desk staff was exceptionally kind. Every time I walked in, they greeted me and made friendly conversation. Overall, my buying experience was great and I highly recommend Fields Jeep in the Glen and Jay Sachs when purchasing a car. Ps. I must mention that I purchased my car during a Chicago snow storm. Jay & the dealership had the car detailed and ready to go. Despite the snowy weather, Jay was positive and everyone at the dealership was helpful during the storm and made the overall purchasing experience a great one!
My first visit to Fields. Chrysler JEEP Dodge and I can tell you that it's one classy, customer focused auto nirvana. I dropped myJeep off for some attention in the service department and encountered first class team along with the innovative Fields Cafe with half a dozen choices of coffee along with ice cream and pizza. Fields award winning service reputation is well earned. Lots of choices for automotive sales and service but it doesn't get much better than Fields! Also I want the new MOAB, it's amazing!

I tonight speak higher praise for this dealership. The people who work there are amazing and as nice as can be and do an amazing job for you. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car regardless of the type. The service department will get 20 Stars if it were available but since I can only give them five I'll give them ten. What an amazing smart knowledgeable group of people and also ridiculously nice. they go far and beyond out of their way for their customers.
