My entire life I have been, not afraid, but terrified of going to the dentist. Being in pain with an impacted wisdom tooth forced me to call and make an appointment. From my first phone call, Stacy and the other lady (I'm sorry, can't remember the name) were very helpful and got me in quickly. I walked in, expecting to be treated just like a big dollar sign (I say this based on previous experience at other dental offices), I was immediately welcomed with a big smile and a "it is so nice to finally meet you". These ladies showed real concern for me as a person, who was in a lot of pain. I waited about 5 min and Dr. Koulis came to get me. She introduced herself with a big smile and shook my hand! (again treated like a human being and not a "walking bank") I let her know how afraid I was of the dentist and immediately she made me feel at ease. Hands down the best dental care I have ever experienced in my life. She was NOT interested in how much money their business was going to get from me but in HELPING me in making sure I get excellent attention and care. I have never laughed so much at the dentist, I didn't feel judged because my last cleaning was 1-1/2 ago (like other dentists had made me feel in the past). She showed real concern about me, made me feel so comfortable that I forgot about my fear and I left the office smiling and knowing that from now on I am in great hands when it comes to my dental health!
