A great experience!I knew what I wanted before I entered the store I was replacing two similar recliners by another manufacturer that hadnt held up as well as our other LaZboys have, so my choice was easy and I just wanted to see the fabric in person that Id chosen online and sit in the chairs before I ordered them. I explained this as soon as a salesperson approached me (almost immediately upon entering the store), and this was exactly what we did.One person helped me with viewing the fabric and completing the credit application (to take advantage of special financing they were offering), and another showed me the chair and handled the paperwork. Everything was handled very smoothly. They were pleasant, personable, and professional.Courtney was my primary salesperson, and was wonderful to talk to and work with.I cant wait to get the chairs in a few weeks, and will definitely be back for my next purchase!
The Sales Manager Darren was such a great help! Gave me a quick show around and allowed me enough space and time to just look at my own time and pace without the salesman pressure. It was the first time I ever shopped for furniture without being harassed by a sales person to buy! Such a great experience and amazing prices.
