Can't say enough great things about this Crossfit Haven. Been going for at least 2 years and Dylan and Nick have managed to find new and creative ways to keep it fun, motivating and intense.

It definitely doesn't look like a fitness center at all, but the work there is great, even if the people seem a tad intimidating

What an excellent place to workout. People are great. The trainers are fantastic. Really know their stuff. Amrap, Metcon, WOD. Come to the cave, you'll amaze yourself!
