The workouts always get you sweating and the coaches keep pushing you and motivating you. I never knew how much I could do till the coaches challenged me and I accomplished it. The workouts dont get easier you just keep growing and getting stronger. Endurance days are still my least favorite but thats because I am still out of shape from not working out. Strength and power days I come alive and love to see those splat points. It really feels like its just you and the coach but its a class and I think it is the best group workout there is. I love the OTF family in Glenview.
This is such great neighborhood gym. This gym has everything you need and the equipment is always updated! Friendly staff and clean facility!!
