From start to finish I received excellent care from Dr. Charous and his scheduling coordinator Nikki who kept me informed of all details of my surgery. My final follow up visit was yesterday after having undergone a septoplasty and turbinectomy. I was nervous about the procedure but Dr. Charous kept me at ease before, during and after the surgery. I highly recommend him if you are seeking an ENT.
I have done surgery with him , last year at Loyola, and I was admitted same day after surgery with noro virusInfection, after surgery follow up with him was only for 5 minutes, He was pretending it wasn't his mistake to discharge me before checking my condition after surgery.
I came here because I had mucous and swelling in my sinuses. He talked me into septoplasty when the issue was not as complex. The procedure was an absolute failure. Ever since the surgery, my health has been on the decline. My breathing is way worse and my perfectly straight septum is now ruined. He absolutely devastated my entire life. I believe he should not be in this field. He does not have the skills to perform these procedures. The post operative care was also dreadful. In my opinion his only aim is money not to help his patients.
