friendly staff and the Dr treated me well I thought, he listened to me and answered all of my questions and I felt like he did not try to rush visits or anything.
With the help of Dr. Weatherford and physical therapist John Linden, I have recovered from breaking my leg and ankle in June to being able to walk easily and go to Paris with my family in less than three months!!! They are caring and professional - if you do the work they prescribe - you will return to where you were before the injury!! The support staff is friendly and very accommodating . Thanks!!!
I have had 3 surgeries through here, 2 with Dr. Hadded and 1 with Dr. Portland. Everything has been topnotch.Never had long wait times. Are doctors sometimes rushed? Yes, but you can blame the insurance industry and a host of other factors for that. In general, overbooking happens not because of doctors greed, doctors do NOT enjoy rushing around, I mean who would? I do tons of research online about my conditions and treatments, I typical know what should be done before I go in. Sometimes it can be hard to get through on the phone , but they do call me back. I drive 80 miles to use IB&J.
Very helpful in getting a quick diagnosis in an emergency. Knowledgeable and efficient.
@ IL Bone & Joint- Glenview, IL locationEvery time I've called the receptionist always seems overwhelmed (and/or she's dumb as a rock) and chews gum while she talks to you. I always have to repeatedly explain why I'm calling because she doesn't listen- to the first and second time I explain why I'm calling. The only reason I went there is because I needed a special type of CT scan done. I would not have otherwise gone to this facility. The first impression created by the receptionist was terrible, however the tech was nice and seemed to know her job, the room I was in for the special CT scan was small and looked pretty beat-up (the walls were gouged and missing paint). In general, I would give the receptionist and the facility low ratings for knowledge and professionalism. I had to repeatedly call and received no response and a runaround to obtain my own medical records which I am entitled to by law.- Most of the difficulty was due to the absolutely clueless receptionist!
