Dr Jeffrey Jacobs is one of the best doctors Ive seen in past! Very professional! Very friendly! Since my first visit, I knew I was in a good hands and I wasnt mistaken. I would highly recommend Dr Jacobs to everyone. He is a great specialist!

I have had three colonoscopies from Dr. Jacobs. They all went very well, the care is exceptional. He spends time explaining things. The practice helps with all paperwork.
This Dr was called in while my husband was in Northshore due to a stomach issue. I dealt with north shore and paid in full as well as my insurance paid, little did I know that this Dr is not an employee of that hospital therefore I'd continue to receive bills individual. They kept sending me bills for $62. I didn't quiet understand and told them my insurance has already paid and the rest I've paid to north shore. I was then sent to collection for only $62 which I thought was RIDICULOUS! On top of that, when I called their office to pay the $62 the reception was rude telling me something I never told them when they initially called. And yes the Dr did make enough money from us and $62 wasn't worth sending us to collection for.
