I have to say that I have had some issue with Statefarm. However the key to making things right is your agent and his staff. With that said, I feel Statefarm is a good company .......but it's the agent and his staff that make the total package. Doug's agency is 50 miles from where I live and I stumbled onto Doug through my repair business. He was following up on his customer. It was his honesty and integrity that made me come back to Statefarm and Doug Methner my agent. Kudo's to Doug and his fine team he has put together!!
