Most insurance agents will punt you into a call center where it takes at least 15 minutes to reach someone, so the fact Josh and his team provide this service directly is huge. He's also very thorough and good at explaining differences in policy coverages which sets himself apart from the cut rate insurance companies. I can't recommend him enough!
