I was there with my wife and kids . My kid got injured in the store . We spend couple hours in emergency room . He was injured due to the cleanliness . Pens are laying around . Employees didnt put them away . Mu 2 years old poke his throat with pen he found on the couch .( 1/14/19 )
Stacy Gleason took care of my family's phone needs. She worked hard to get us a good deal. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and nice to work with. I would definitely go back to the AT&T store on Waukegan Rd.
5 stars cause they have galaxy s8 active-really durable cause my dad forgot it on the hood of his truck and started driving and he stopped and it flew off and only had a little chips taken from the top corners
I had a good experience here. They were busy but they took care of me. Good service.
I still waiting for my money after almost 5 months ... looks like they don't care about the costumers plus they hire people without experience. If you go for refound your money they tell you to call the costumer service at the same time the costumer service telling me to go back to the store cause they have to put back the money on my account ... they don't care about customer satisfaction like they say they do. And there service sucks. And send me a bill without me having services with them..
