Manager Willie Smith was so helpful, I walked in needing a mattress and walked out with a big smile and everything taken care of! Very happy with my purchase and very impressed with the service. I recommend this location to anyone. The floor is spacious and there are lots of models to try, much larger than the other location I went to first.
I brought my elderly parents in to this location to buy a new mattress...but really I was hoping to convince them to buy an adjustable bed. Luckily David was working that day! He is amazing! David is very kind and extremely patient. He took his time to explain all the mattress options and how adjustable beds work to my parents. That afternoon, my parents bought an adjustable bed and new mattress from David and they were delivered within the week. However, after a few nights of living with the new bed, my parents felt it was still a bit too high. I called David and explained that the bed felt higher at home than in the showroom - he knew immediately that the bed was delivered with wheels and he volunteered to stop by my parents' home and remove the wheels himself! Didn't I say David was amazing? My parents are thrilled with their new adjustable bed and sleeping very well - Thanks David! Mattress Firm - Glenview; Excellent service and excellent products!
