While we were making our purchase, our sales person offered us another 10% discount for joining your membership program. I did not look at my bill until later, when I discovered this. I notified the store and the manager said he would not honor this because we were buying on sale.Management, upon seeing the wrror contacted me and DID give us the additional 10% off. This is a solid company that exceeded my expectations by its great follow-up
