Love the convenience
If i could give zero stars i would. Dont go to this store they rip you off with unnecessary charges. Go to a corporate Verizon store they dont charge you for install on a new phone or anything. This place is a scam. Horrible customer service.
I was sold a $29.99 Redux membership without any mention of it. When I called back to ask about it, he called it a set up fee. Redux is a 3rd party wet phone recovery service and has nothing to do with phone set up. I was also sold the device protection service without being asked. I would not buy from here again, but if you do lookout for additional charges you didn't ask for. Ask for Mark, he'll be sure to tell you the customer is always wrong!
unpleasant experience-poor customer service
Derrick was most pleasant, patient and helpful. My wife wanted to upgrade her iPhone4s and was well attended including a careful explanation of all her options going forward including features of the various phones available to her and relative costs. I'll return in a couple months to upgrade my Galaxy III to the new Galaxy s7.
