Hillerich's continues to impress!! We have worked with Dan and the guys over the years and they are simply incredible. He stands by his work, his prices are fair, and their customer service is top shelf. I'm typing this now as he is delivering my car back to my house after installing new tires. (locally of course). Old school customer service that just doesn't exist any more. If you are between mechanic's I can assure you that you'll be happy with Hillerich's.
They are very professional, however, they wanted to charge me $1300 to replace my power steering rack and hose because I told them I had a power steering leak. Took it to my other mechanic after they reopened and they charged me $170 to repair the hose, they said the rack is fine. I have talked to a friend who also said they "repair" things that don't need to be repaired/replaced. Be wary.
Nelson at Hillerich's went beyond the call of duty. Our truck died in front of Hillerich's. My husband and I tried to push his full sized truck into the the 7 Eleven across the street but since it was me trying to help push it did not make up the incline but Nelson spotted and came running out to help push. Then he ran back across the street to get their battery charger to give us a jump. The truck started and offered to give Nelson something for his service but he said no thank you and was just happy to help. The truck died again and Nelson came back to assist but it would not hold the charge. He said since it is not holding a charge that we will need a new battery. Nelson never said we had to bring the truck to their shop. He was just happy to help us. Hillerich's is a place that has honest helpful staff. I would recommend anyone to go to Hillerich's for service.
Great service... Always helpful and fair. Dan and the team are honest! They will tell you what the problem is and what needs to be fixed right away or can wait to be done in the future. I highly recommend Hillerich's!
