I will always come back to JERS Auto! After an absolutely terrible experience at another company. I had my car towed to JERS because I just could not believe that my car needed $2000 work or work. I brought my car to Joe on a Saturday afternoon. He explained to me that he probably wouldn't get to it until Monday which was completely understandable since it was the weekend and they were closing in like an hour. Several hours later I get a call from JERS and its Joe telling me he took apart my car and he just wanted me to know that the repair would only be around $500. He could tell when I came in that I did not have a ton of money to fix my beat up car and he said he did not want me to worry about the cost being so high. So he stayed after on his day off just so I could have peace of mind. He also told me that the other place I had taken it to down the road did not even take apart my car to figure out what the problem was and he knew that because my break had rusted and if they took it apart they would not have been able to put it back together. Everyone at JERS was beyond kind and just really great people you can trust. I will definitely be back!

Best automotive shop I've been to. These guys know exactly what they're doing - and probably should give classes to other mechanics. I had a chronic problem with my Saab 9-3 starter: battery kept draining, but erratically. Took the car repeatedly to "specialists," including dealer, and all they kept doing was replacing the battery. After a lot of frustration, took the car to JERS and they started off brilliantly trying "differential diagnosis." They explained everything to me breaking down what they were doing without any disdain for my lack of knowledge. Their specialist limitations - who anymore is fitted out for servicing a SAAB? - kept them from actually repairing, but they pinpointed exactly what needed to be done so I could tell the dealer exactly what to do. Problem solved. These guys are so knowledgeable, so friendly and their prices for repair are absolutely reasonable. I'd like to keep them a secret, but they deserve all the success they can manage. Just stellar. I only wish I'd written this review sooner.
