I wish there was an option to give zero stars. The owner, Im assuming his name is John, was extremely rude to my mom. She went to drop off my brothers car today and he barked Sit at her as if shes a dog. An hour later when she went to pick up my brothers car, I waited for her outside in mine and watched as I was already aware that he was mean earlier. After my mother was charged twice as much as what my brother was quoted, she called my brother to verify what he was told. She went to hand her phone to the owner and after speaking with my brother, he tossed the phone back at my mom, rolled his eyes, and stormed off to the back. At this point, I walked inside. Then Steve, the mechanic, came to clarify the situation and he was understanding and friendly. The owner never came out to show face after that. Im appalled that people feel they have a right to treat people so rudely. There is no right to be ignorant when youre providing a service. Needless to say, we will no longer be using this shop and dont recommend them at all.
John and his team are amazing! They were able to get my MINI running smoothly and for less than the dealer. I always go to Personalized Auto Care after getting some ridiculous list of "items needing fixing" after the regular maintenance visits at the dealer. Now that my maintenance plan is expiring soon, I will go to John and his team for future maintenance and repairs.
These guys will go above and beyond to take care of you. The service is excellent and the prices fair. I have also found out that they only recommend work that is in the best interest of the customer.
