Very honest and trustworthy! I have used Weber auto several times, and every time it is great service and quality repairs. Recently, I brought my car in to them with a loud rattling or knocking noise near left front wheel. Brake caliper was suspected as a root cause. They took apart the brake caliper, did not find anything wrong, put the caliper back together, and the rattling / knocking noise was gone. And, in this instance, there was no charge for labor!
Great mechanics treat your car like their own. Last year, I had them replace the head gaskets and timing chain on my 11 year old Subaru Legacy. It's a huge job, and they had it for a while, but they gave me a decent loaner car for free - just had to top off the tank when I returned it. The engine work turned out great! No more leaking and the car runs better than ever. I just had it back in to take over a brake job that I ran into problems with (massive corrosion... broke a caliper bolt). Pat was really nice to take over and use the parts I already purchased. I also had him do an oil change and inspect the work from last year, and some other unrelated problems. I forgot to tell him to replace my cabin air filter (still the original from 11 years ago!), but he must have noticed the fan noise or lack of airflow, and checked it on his own (have to pull out the glovebox to get to it). Sure enough, it had around an inch of debris covering it. My a/c is now working absolutely amazing, and I can barely hear the fan on high! Pat said he had a bear of a time getting the old brakes off, and he did a compete brake fluid flush and fill. I'm planning to keep this car running to hand down to my sons when they get their licenses in 2 1/2 years, so I want to make sure the car is safe and reliable. I'll need some more work on the exhaust and suspension, but Pat is very good about saying what is most important, and what can be repaired later. He's an honest man, a very knowledgable and talented mechanic, and just a great guy to work with. They're not the cheapest, but they are very fair and honest about their charges, and they stand by their work. Plus, they can literally fix anything (and they have sources for anything they can't do in-house). I can trust them to do the serious jobs, like engine work. 5 STARS!
